It is a Sporadic Problem and If drive is in field since years , Check for accumulated dust, ingresses materials. This can create problem to contacting elements of internal cards. If PCB are non coated version check for corrosion marks.

Currently, I have a problem with MM440, 22kW.

I has a sporadic fault F0023.
I have checked all connections at the motor terminal box and all motor cable connections at the inverter. They are ok.

Pls tell me the cause and how to correct it?

 F0023 fault is being displayed on DRIVE when load is connected ,and when the same load is connected with another drive ,dive runs .

I tried to do factory reset and have done comissioning again but fault remains the same.

Kindly help.

Hi,

It can be a hardware problem if the output cables are connected right. Check first the motor cables, and the Ohmic resistence of the motor coils. If nothing is abnormal, you can use drive monitor to check the parameter r0069, and check for unballanced readings. If it is the case, there's a hardware fault and needs to be repaired or replaced.
