Hello to all

i work as a technician at a factory and sometimes i need to download programs from this site,usually upgrades.

My problem is that every time  i try to login my password is not valid and i have to change it .I cannot understand what is the problem.

Yesterday i changed the password and today i couldn't login and  i had to change it again.Why?

I am regular member here from last 9 years & used to login almost daily. I have never faced or came accross such problem. 

Please make sure/confirm that you are entering same user name & correct password while login in.

such a behavior is unknown to us. We can only recommend to make sure that you inserted your login name and password correctly as the user PISCEAN 2010 already mentioned. Or does you have several accounts and you confused something?
