I want to create my program for Logo!8 The idea is like below:

I want to create luguid mixer with possibility of controlling ratio of both liquids.

STEP 1. set parameter for up/down counter (for liquid 1)

STEP 2. set paramater(which one?) for ratio

STEP 3. Luqid 2 will be dose by on/off timer, I need to compare parameter of counter with ratio parameter and set this as a time for on/off timer

Is it possibile in Logo! ? of course my question is for STEP 2&3

Is it possible to compare two blocks parameters and set as a parameter of other block?

I create base for operation but now I am stuck. Which function/block should I use to make math calculation using for example parameter for counter (in futere this parameter will be updated from Logo! 8 to set how much water I want to mix)?

I want to devide/multiply this value and set as a time parameter for Timer dosing additional ingriedient.
