Best option if you have a current clamp meter, and use it to measure the brake terminals (select any of the two wires) and measure during the breaking.

This will give you an indication if the braking resistor + Braking IGBT + Parameter setting are OK.

If no current is measured during the braking, then one of the above is defect or Parameters need correction.

If there is a current, then probably the drive settings need adjustments, or the machine is overloaded with more products than designed.
