It is seem like a software bug to me. 1. have u checked your archive destination? Any folder permission setting ? ( just check for fun) 2. what is your WinCC, and Batch version? May be Siemens released the update version for your Simatic Batch? you may search and see. 3. Ultimate: Send a Support Request https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/sc/2100 Attached my installed software for V8.2. (dun have Batch V8.2) for your comparison. Hi Jaz, I have never seen this before. 1. Yes. It gone through. Also, I have set the "waiting time after closing" in the Project Setting -> Close and Archive into 0 2. PCS7 V8.2. I do not apply the update version. Will consider it. 3. Sound's like a plan.. * Additional Info: The stations are OS redundant whereby Batch Server is also OS server. No Batch Redundant. It is using VM in Domain Network. Thanks, TTK |

2. keep your software update can solve quite a lot of problems. If any updates u cannot find online, but my version is more updated, let me know, i can pass u the update. 3. yea, that is the best way for this type of problems. It is using VM in Domain Network."" even in domain network, as long as u are using the same user name, then read / write documents no issue, i dont think it will cause problem. |
