For feeding we use 2 short conveyors (there we have scales). In the beginning, we have dry material, which reaching the mountain, must be moistened. Scales are only available on short feed conveyors. So we can get the real weight value at the beginning of the conveyor. At the end of the conveyor, we can only calculate the weight value (no scales). At maximum speed, the material takes mountain after 10 minutes. And only when the material has reached the end of the conveyor we can supply water. Material needs to be moistened by a certain percentage. That is, the amount of water that I have to supply depends on the current amount of material that has reached the mountain. If I simply submit the input value of the weight at the beginning of the conveyor to the PID regulator, then it turns out that there is no material on the mountain, and I already supply water. I need help how to make the necessary delay. So that I would supply water exactly when the material has already reached the mountain. So far I have such thoughts. I need to create my own block because I did not find anything standard. I plan to create a buffer that is first filled with data (array). And then I need to fill this buffer in a circle. I really need your help. Please help, did I find the right idea? If so, please help me how to create a record in a circle, writing to the buffer using an array.
