Even if you are declaring them as UDT in the tagtable, its still an alias to the actual I & Q addresses right? For the last IFM equipment (Asi-I not IO Link but very similar) I did, when importing the HW into the SIMIT VC the I/Q addresses were words instead of bits, so you just have to make intermediate SIMIT tags with boolean fans (or fancier logic with CTE). In essence you are re-creating your TIA UDT over again in SIMIT. |
