Log the result too Access tool

AutoGen_60830 Posts: 15 Rating: (0)	Hi. I have a costumere how have 2 instruments 4-20ma, Where 4ma is 0m3/h and 20 is 400m3/h. The costumere want's too log the result so that he has controll over how much water that goes throug the 2 pipes on daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis. I have installed Access Tools but i am not sure what Blocks I should use in Logo 8! to store the result.

The Access Tool can only save values that are made available to it by the LOGO! Program. It can not perform calculations, that is, it can not add, multiply, or otherwise. If you want to save any sums with the Access Tool (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly), you have to do these calculations in the LOGO! Program. But even there are the possibilities of LOGO! limited.

ixo65 Grandmaster Joined: 12/18/2014 Last visit: 1/15/2026 Posts: 36458 Rating: (4550)	The LOGO! is not suitable for complex calculations, e.g. adding up values over a longer period of time. The LOGO! can only works with 16-bit integer values (-32,768 to 32,767).
