Hi all, I was trying to transfer open PCS7 licence key to my desktop.Though the licence got transferred to PC and available at ALM,it is still showing problem.While checking the licence key in ALM it is showing 1 licence key -0 licence used (cross) 0 Defective licence While selecting the licence by left click on the mouse no green tick indication is being shown(it generally shows). Further if i want to transfer the licence back to pen drive then its showing 'Licence is inactive can't be transferred'. Please help.not in the position to experiment more awaiting your early reply

I was able to transfer the license but they now show all inactive

I was told once the trial software expires I would be able to activate these license

But not able to activate

 Any update on this matter? I have the same problem here. 

It was green mark before transfer, and after transfer it shows inactive with grey mark.

Now it cannot be transferred back to PC from USB stick

This is so typical for a big company, writing software that even has the most easiest things go wrong. I wonder where they get their programmers from. Wallmart?
