Hi, i am not realy know what problem you have. It is depending about the parameters which you use for the recipe -> automatically download to the plc or not Did you know this FAQ -> http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/23901413 It is very "comprehensive" but there are all parameters illustrated with samples. Maybe this could be helpful for you regards, |

Hello Brain, I have a few more questions in mind. i have created 3screens (Start1,Start2,Start3)with recipe view in WinCC Flex2007. The problem i am facing here is that each time iselect a recipe inStart 1, theother two screens (Start2 and Start3) are being set with the same recipe selected in Start 1. I think it is due to "Synchronisation tags" i enabled in the recipe settings. However when i uncheck the "Synchronisation tags" the recipe is not being downloaded to the PLC. I tried enabling the "Synchronise with PLC" in transfer option but i received an error message in the OP which says "Error action aborted". What i am trying to do here is that i have to choose 3 different recipes in the 3screens i created and the recipes from the OP will be loaded to the PLC when input bit I9.0 or I9.1 or I9.2 (Start1,Start2,Start3 respectively) are triggered. For example the I9.0 is triggered from the PLC, the OP will load the recipe in Start 1 I9.1 is triggered from the PLC, the OP will load the recipe in Start 2 I9.2 is triggered from the PLC, the OP will load the recipe in Start 3 So how do i configure this? My other question is, when i select a recipe in the OP, i am able to see all the components and quantity in the recipe view but where is it storing the components of therecipes in the PLC?? Thank you

Hi, I think there are many different problems. Problem 01: The description from the "recipe" ->Looktothe picture "Problem_01". -> It is a little bit confusing, if you write that you can select there the "recipe". (it is not correct) Problem 02: I do not know why you need3 screens with the same recipe view? You have onlyone recipe, but you can create different data records. So if you change in one recipe view the number of the data record then it will be change also in the otherscreens. -> Look to the picture "Problem_02". You can write a value from the plc into the tag of theparameter "Data record" -> it will be show the data record from the value in the tag. I mean the best are you using a area pointer to load differnt data records. Look to this manual, chapter 2.4.1.8 -> http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/18797552 It is very difficult to say what are wrong. And the subject "recipe" are not realy easy. Notes: Look to the FAQ ->http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/23901413 You can simulate this on your pc (i also test it with this sampels from this projects) And after then you can better understand the function about "Recipe". Hello, I have attached a screenshot of how the recipe is being transfered in OP27(original) and how it is being done in OP270(modified). In OP27, i can select the 3Data-record that i need and it'll somehowbe stored in the OP and whenever i have to execute that particular data-record, i only have to enable m2.2 or m2.3 or m2.4 (only 1 can be enabled at anytime) and the data will be copied to DB22 in the PLC. However in OP270,after i select the 3 data-records that i need,i am unable to call the data-records stored in the OP when m2.2 or m2.3 or m2.4 are enabled. So to solve this problem i have created 3 extra DBs (DB70,DB71,DB72) to temporarily store the data in PLCand i was able to call the datas to DB22 when m2.2 or m2.3 or m2.4 are enabled. When i created these 3 DBs, i also had to create 3 extra recipe lists ( is this how it shoun be configured??) Thank you AttachmentOP270.zip (189 Downloads) |
