Here is what happened last night with the machine as I understand them. 1- Operator got an error message telling him that the machine more or less overheated in the motor area, easy enough fix shut down clean filters and reboot. But he didn’t do that or know to do that. 2- So he decided to try to reset/ alarm reset when that didn’t work, he hit the DIAGNOSIS button on the control not the one on the screen which tells you your error messages, the on that runs a DIAGNOSIS on the system and it gives you options like ( Initial Clear, Set up end, Set up end clear Password) and really will not let you do anything while it is running that. So he hit INITIAL Clear… and then turned the machine off and rebooted it back up Now3- I have error codes that will not let the PLC boot up so to speak… It is stuck in JOG mode, the doors will not open and it will not even move an inch…4- Error codes: 3 ORD2 PLC STOP1080 ORD 1 O/FLOW ACT PART VALUE( “Overflow of actual value”)6114 FUNCTION MACROA little machine information NILES N41 LATHESINUMERIK 820T controllerSIMODRIVE 611I can’t seem to really understand what could be going on with it other than maybe it is not allowing it to bring up the A/O side of the machine.
