Not logged in or insufficient profile data

The creation of a new support request is only possible for registered users.

All the above details are in my profile

Why has no one from Siemens replied to this?

I need to raise a ticket but cannot due to this error?

Can someone from Siemens reply with a solution please?

Yesterday a fix was deployed, so the issue should be gone.

Ok, I managed to raise a request in the end.

I used IE11 rather than Edge but still had some funny issues.

After I pressed 'raise new request' it would go to a blank screen, I then had to press F5 to refresh screen and then it would continue to allow raising a ticket.

Still needs work?

I received the information from the responsible person that the appearance of a blank screen relays on the outdated cache in the browser. To avoid the blank screen, please clear the cache or use "SHIFT+F5".
