Dear sir  i insert my frist dcc chart and comil it and download it to the drive but it not work

I connect two input to AND function the two input  paramter are equal to 1 but the out out is still zero 

There is  thing i should do it to run the block  but i dont know it 

I tried many simple block but it give me zero valu at all time
