This block seems from the old  Pulp & Paper Library.

Unfortunately, im writing blocks only in SCL / STL not in AWL. Thefore i can't help you further here.

Working with SCL takes place in several stages:

• You create SCL source
• You compile. After compilation, FC / FB in STL appears.
• A block in STL is loaded into the PLC, SCL source remains on the developer's computer.
  

I think it's better to open a support request and request documentation for the library.
