I am trying to program a timer and to make the setpoint that can be modifine on the HMI.

The value needs to be in hours, (and also with a max time of 8Hours).

(The Maximum input value is checkt by counters, and works).
But as soon as I link a variable to the timer I only get units in ''Min'', ''Sec'' etz.

Is it not allowed to use variable in hours?

I have already tried to amplified the variable value x60,
but then its not possible to connect it on a timer.

Is there some way to get the input value in Hours?
Or maybe otherwise i need to use the value direct from the HMI,
but then i don't know how to monitor the maximum input value (of 8Hours).

I tested it, and if i put 480 in the counter, then i get 8hours on the screen. That will work!
