Requesting help configuring command variable on SICAM 230 v 6.51.

It appears that the SICAM IEC61850 driver does not correctly identify the variable path for a IEC61850 breaker command variable. eg. Actual Patch CSWI.Pos.Oper.ctlVal is instead identified as CSWI.Pos.ctlVal, when importing variables from CID. Is this the correct behaviour ?

Also please explain the correct CDC / data type / expected settings to correctly configure a switching object command variable in this case.
