I seems you need a new LOGO!

Firstly readings was ok

When made stop for programe and check analog flag by press at AM1 all modules and cpu gave red flash the gave green signal and found readings at  the same photo

Try any other test program with messages and check the display. If the display is okay, then upload your original program again. Sometimes a problem is solved by rewriting a program, but not copy and paste, this will also copy the problems. There were firmware versions in the past with problems, if a specific block exceed a block number e.g.
