I having a problem with the S7-1200 with 4 channel analog output 4-20mA. I have config and test each channel with a multimeter and separately tested the output actuator with an mA simulator. But the error "Short circuit" appeared when I connect more than one actuator to the output module.

Also tried with barriers and results are the same, anyone has an idea.

 Hi,

since none of the s7-1200plcs have more than 2 built in analog outputs, and there is only one(standard) 1200-module with 4 outputs, i'm going to assume you're using the SM1232(6ES7232-4HD32-0XB0), but that's where my guesswork stops. 

You really should give an account of your equipment, and supply a drawing or picture of how you have wired it.
