SIMATIC BATCH Download Error ID 072 "Check SIMATIC BATCH installation"

kapine Posts: 6 Rating: (1)	Dear All, We use PCS7 v8.2 with Simatic Batch v8.2 . Configuration: - 1 server (OS server and Batch server) - 2 OS client The system is running ok. Now I need to implement some new phase in Simatic Batch. I programming on my laptop and use it to download to OS (Result Ok). But when I download Batch Data, it show me the error "Check Batch installation" (attached pic) on target computers, although Batch is installed and running on them. Please help me . Thanks you all. You can find a detailed step by step instruction in the documentation of the application example PCS 7 Unit Template "Ice Cream Production" section 2.2 "Tasks on the multiproject". kapine Posts: 6 Rating: (1)	Thank Heisenberg and Noodles for supporting me! I want to share my experience to fix this problem. Maybe, It can help other guys fix the problem the same. My root cause from ES PC, so I reinstall Batch engineering into ES after that I can download software. That all.
