Anyone worked on WinCC redundancy server with Win2003 sever for small business server OS before?

Me, having problem to configure both Win2003. As you know, Win2003server required to be domain controller in order not to automatic shutdown in 60mins, so i confgured my first PC to be domain controller and it's works. But the 2nd PC remains as auto shutdown in 60mins.

I know that the requirement for WinCC to be redundancy system, both must in the same domain and network, so how to i go about in the same domain, and also without auto shutdown of OS while using Win2003 server in both PCs.
