Have you connected with the Simatic Manager and checked the address ?

Actually if you clear the NC and PLC default password Sunrise only will come over but the ORIONE password would be from your machine manufacturer.

more than 400V may be cause this kind of problem? --> where are you checking this and could you please clearly explain?

also i suggest on the NCU box beneath there is FAN cum battery please remove this compartment and keep it 15 to 20 minutes and then replug it as there will not be any data and try loading your back once again and see ( S3 & S4  procedures remains same)

Whether the machine is working now?

 Your machine is running now, it is a good ending. But however, we ( at least myself ) still don't know why you have 120202 alarm and why you make it working. 

1st of all , I don't understand what is "try again to reset NCK and PLC separately." what is mean separately" .

And I am 100% sure but very sure the 3 phase power supply lower or higher (380--410V) will not cause that issue.

at last I guess, it is for some reason the issue coming from you PCU 50 , the system booting loading SINUMERIK  not normal. ( you have OEM menu? or some special function, I don't know) but you mentioned OEM PASSWORD 

There are 2 key points we are not clean to know from remote,

1--Any change in PCU 50 under the menu--"operation panel" address, such as NCK=13, MMC=1

only effective after PCU50 rebooting  

2--I am sure there is an MMC file , xxxx. ini contents MMC address, NKC Address

which will be affect you communication

I'm not connected with the Simatic Manager and I don't modificated any address. 

I check on the machine main switch: threephase R S T, today is 387V. I don't know how much was 5/6 days ago (when I had the problem).

BTW, I extract battery/fan slide-in module from NCU.

30 minutes later...

I insert battery/fan module in NCU.

Power-on NCU.

S3 and S4 procedure.

Power on HMI.

I insert psw SUNRISE.

Reload NC from archive without errors.

Reload PLC from archive without errors.

Now, the psw remain the same.

Obviously there would have been some pre warning alarm error message would have appeared first and this indicates to replace the battery? BTW have you replaced the battery in this circumstance?

PS: before replacing the battery please ensure you’ re going to do in off conditions only and ensure you have the proper back up is taken... replace the new battery within 15 minutes. Once you switch on back data will be there if cross more than chances backups getting lost.
