Thats a bit of a wide brief. If you are looking for a standard function there isn't one. If you have an automated  pallet load and queue system then you can change the pallet loading program to check the system time before running the cutting program. How much effort do want to put into getting this working?

The M/C has just been commisioned.

PH10 system for DMG 5 axis MC.

OMRON system is controlling the PH10 automation system, CELIOS/840D - machine

If I have my PH10 pallets configured to run in a cerain sequence, I am able to schedule machining of this seq, but how to program (perhaps there is a timer siemens code to implement into a mail program or into a pallet subroutine) in siemens, something similar to the dwell functions, you know what I mean?

So it will read the real clock time and if:

N2534 IF 8HRS 30MIN RUN THE PALLET 22 (just for a referance) GO TO L or N4000 (call subroutine for a pallet schedule) etc.

Any idea of a sinumerik programming code?

I know CELOS has got a management system I also know the code for intstructiong the sinumerik to manage the PH system, but I do not know the intructions for a clock/time...

Any idea?
