hello, everything was warking well untill today,

I have plc s7-1200-1214,

I started plc with program downloaded on it and I use runtime simulation to simulate hmi on pc, everything was working fine,

today I had uploaded second program on this plc and I get info from hmi ..connection disconnected..when I am trying to introduce anything from hmi

I did factory reset on plc and upload once again the program but this gives nothing, I have checked the ip for ethernet and it looks ok for me - please see attachment

Do you know what could be a reason - please see attachment

• Switch off the WiFi to ensure the connection is routed to the Ethernet.
  
  
• Best engineering method to not upload program from PLC;
  Have offline version, use online version in emergencies.

ad.1 I have not install anything new, I have tryied to turn off windows deffender and this gives nothing, since last time I did not change in this options

Some security applications make adjustments automatically. They are managed by an artificial intelligence / deep learning algorithm. But let us assume that is not your issue. You will have to hope for another member to be more helpful for you.

Loading the offline program from PC to the PLC is called "download". The data is flowing from the bigger device to the smaller device. The data is flowing "down".

The PC grabbing the online program from the PLC is called "upload". The data is flowing from the smaller device to the bigger device. The data is flowing "up".

Using "upload" where you mean "download" and cause difficulty for people to understand what is being explained.

This is my attempt to help you for future discussions. Understanding each other is the biggest stumbling block.. doing so in foreign English does not help.

My suggestion is please check SET PG PC interface.

You need to select proper S7 ONLINE ethernet driver to view HMI simulation with real PLC.

AmoIG this was the reason,

I have checked it before but I thought it was ok when it was set up for plcsmi, when I have changed it for ethernet connection it warkos ok, bu I do not know why it was changed ?I remember it was set up by me for ethernet connectio.
