Problems with tp177b mono and wincc login levels

pongiakos Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	Hi, I have problems with tp177b mono and wincc login levels too. What User and password I choose in WinCC, it work with Simulator, but if I want to use it on the Panel it says that is wrong password or username. So it works with nothing. I have the TP 177B mono DP 1.0.1.0. It depends on what kind of version I install on the Panel or I have no idea. Please someone say anything what can help me.

You just have to perform an OS update with option 'Reset to factory settings' and you use the version you have although it's the same as on panel. Best regards, Wizard

winkler Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	I had a problem like that(with the same panel), and i've updated the OS of Panel and when you transfer the information on the panel in the Transfer window you have an option called "Overwrite user administration", so if you select this option it should work.
