PCS7 Advance process library version v9.0 Sp1 to V9.0 SP2

CFC is part of PCS 7 and if PCS 7 version V9.0 SP2 is installed, you have at least CFC V9.0 SP2. A downgrade of libraries or projects is not possible. If the project was already created with PCS 7 version V9.0 SP2, why do you not upgrade the ES to PCS 7 V9.0 SP2? You only need the PCS 7 V9.0 SP2 disk.
