Hi Team,

I have work before some days ago on Process historian 2014 that was installed 1 Year ago in July 2019.  From Starting this system was in error state and because of that the database was not archiving in PH system from starting.

But now when i was commissioned this PH System before some days ago that successfully run in active state and working in healthy conditions. But in next day that PH system memory was full due to existing database and PH system showing Idle state.

So please let me know what was process/remedy to get PH system in Active state or how to take a database backup from PH in Idle state.

1. PH version/Installed Software

2. take a picture on the SQL Management Studio -> Database -> HistorianStorage.

3. PH Management Console -> I/O System
