Locked Up CP 443-1

S.S.D.D. Posts: 67 Rating: (0)	Hello all, We recently had a CP 443-1 lock up during a firmware download. The firmware rev was thought to have been high enough to download across the network, but it wasn't, it needed to be point to point. The CP card is now dead and not responding to anything. Is there any way to reset this or clear the configuration and reload? Thanks.

S.S.D.D. Posts: 67 Rating: (0)	Thanks. However, I have read this prior and attempted this method, but the device does not even respond to the emergency address. It attempts to connect as I can see the Rx light seeing the ping but there is no response back from the CP and it times out.
