Hi

I have problem about Spindle(1PH8165-1DF02-1BA1).

Vibration occurs non-regularly during spindle rotation. Occurs 1 to 2 times a minute.

Because the spindle is a belt & gear combination, a crash sound is heard when vibrating.

It's a third Machine, and the old ones didn't have any problems. Compared to the past, the only

difference is the version  (old machine use ver 2.6 and 4.7)

Test Results

1) Change new spindle Motor -> No effect

2) Change New Module (Line filter + AIM + ALM + SP module) -> No effect

3) Parameter(1460/1462/1441) and Filter Value Change -> No effect

4) Factoy Set + recommissioning -> No effect

5) Rotate Spindle using Siemens Jig (SLM&SP module&Basic PLC&4.5Ver) -> Same Symptom

6) Change Spindle Unit (Gear & Belt) New One -> No effect

7) Belt tension control -> No effect

8) Bearing pressure control in spindle unit -> No effect

!!! No vibration when rotating with the Fanuc system after attaching the Fanuc spindle to the same equipment instead of the Siemens spindle.
