I try to do a SPOS when spindle is turning and there is a big sound and hit between speed control and positioning control mode. I dont know what parameter change to smooth the effect.

If the machine is new then contact the machine builder.

I stop spindles in spos direct from 4000 rpm without a problem. The system will slow the spindle to the speed set in machine data before trying to position.

There are a number of parameters to change. Gain, Positioning Speed, acc and dec. If you have a gearbox the positioning needs to be set up differently for each gear to get the best out of it.

Spindle is rotating 100 rpm , and when SPOS , it tries to stop and after try to do a SPOS , it sounds and there is a big load to start SPOS.

Is the positioning direction correct?.

The system should fault out if the spindle does not follow the command.
