Hello the experts,
Real Flying cutting Application: I using Sinamics V90, 6SL3210-5FE15-0UF0 & Simotics Motor, 1FL6094-1AC6x-1AB\H1 & PLC S7 1214 using profinet communication.
Length travel is 600 mm, Electronics gear is 1:1, Load movement per motor revolution is 300 mm.

First commissioning case:
My success story in commissioning using MC absolute from zero position to maximum position 550 mm (forward) and then MC absolute from max position is 550.0 mm to zero position 0.0 mm  using parameter setting are speed 1500 M/min, acceleration & Deceleration: 5000m/s² ==> acceleration time = 0.33 second and jerk usage,
jerk = 10000m/s³ ==> jerk time = 0.25 s. System running well without any error in 40 M/m.

Second commissioning case: I wish to Upgrade speed until 80 M/m so,
By TIA PORTAL parameter setting are speed 1500 M/min, acceleration & Deceleration: 10000m/s² ==> acceleration time = 0.15 second and jerk usage,
jerk = 20000m/s³ ==> jerk time = 0.25 s.

My problem is by MC-Absolute from zero position to maximum position 550 mm (in forward) motion normally but MC-Absolute executed from max position is 550.0 mm to zero position have error in range because by monitoring display have error 5.0 Cm thus it make servo have Alarm. Please the experts help me to solve my problem in Second commissioning case above and how do  I reduce motion error in 5.0 Cm?
