Is it necessary to use diodes for one voltage on the transistor output

Andrey Rzhannikov Posts: 13 Rating: (0)	Dear colleagues, Is it necessary to use diodes VD1, VD2 (see picture) for one voltage on the PLC S7-1200 transistor output, if the voltage 24VDC goes from remote control box? There is no any interference between "Control Box" and "Remote Box" In my opinion, if "+24VDC" from one power supply then diodes are not needed or am I wrong? Andrey Rzhannikov Posts: 13 Rating: (0)	If I replace diodes on the jumpers and then on the Q0.0 terminal may be appears +24VDC... And if the "MOSFET or NPN" transistor opens ? There is also the concept of a voltage drop when a transistor is opened. It confuses me.

Andrey Rzhannikov Posts: 13 Rating: (0)	You are quite right if exactly know is what about "MOSFET"... in other words, what if there is not one transistor but some other auxiliary circuits that are connected to the Q0.0 contact inside the PLC
