I presume controller is 840D.

Alarm 700122 & 700124 are PLC alarm i.e. developed by machine tool builder, so you need to check your PLC logic, specifically check DB2.DBX190.6 & DB2.DBX191.DBX0.0.

Further more check your part program block number 13030 which might be wrong.

It depends what facility you have., e.g. if you have Simatic Manager Step 7 software with PG/PC & MPI cable, you can go on line, establish communication, upload PLC program & check bits as expalined in my earlier post. The logic will help you to trouble shoot problem.

If you do not have software & PG/PC, check manual supplied by OEM, in trouble shooting area you could find probable causes & remedies for faults.

or if you have PLC logic hard copy, in it check in cross reference & search for bits as explained in my earlier post, check logic input bits status on HMI PLC status screen page, which will display the present status of input or memory bits. This way you can find out why those alarms are triggered/set.

What is your exact problem?

1. Is your spindle running OK when machine runs in otehr part programs? i.e. no any alarm.

2. When you try to run/execute EXTCALL "/_N_SPF_DIR/_N_XPrgDH_SPF" alarm 700122 is displayed?

Assuming point no 1 Ok & point no 2 problmatic, I would like to suggest you check your /_N_XPrgDH_SPF program & check for any invalid data entry.

In your  LT module configuration check which is A axis, its fault code is 608 - i.e. speed controller output ,imited means motor has reached its speed upper limit for long duration time but still set position is not reached. Since your machine is running machine please check your motor power cable (any phase missing, single phasing etc.), encoder cable, DC link voltage, LT power module etc. etc.  Have you replaced any power module or control card or modified any drive related parameters?
