Hello, 

I am working first time on motion controls  in siemens, I am configuring the festo Profinet servo drive(CMMT-AS-C2-3A-PN-S1) in TIA 15.1 using S7-1214C cpu, I have configured festo drive as per steps as below.

Step 1: In configuration Selected CPU 1214c

Step 2: Added GSDML file of festo drive in TIA.

Step 3: Selected the series of Festo drive in hardware catlog

Step 4 :Selected the Telgram 111.

Step 5: for configuring  drive in network  I am searching the device. but its not showing the drive on network( IP address of PLC 192.168.100.2, IP of drive 192.168.100.10.

Please help how to configure drive, please let me know whether I following the wrong method.

Actually the festo have already configured drive with s7-1500 plc they have document also for configuration, but only the drive is not detected in TIA

how is the profinet wiring of the PLC, thew festo and the PC?

  I am connecting PLC-Festo Drive - and PC through standard Ethernet cable only the  thing the drive is not detected in my case.

when I search all accessible devices its showing the PLC and HMI only drive not detecting

please suggest where might be problem

with wiring i mean which port is connected with which partnerport!

you use Switch/Hub/Router?
Do you have a shematic for the wiring or a topology?

Can you ping the Festo drives?

Yes the when I pings drive from PC its giving response.(See attachement)

 Hi Amolghadage ,

The CMMT AS drives has 2 separate ports for PC communication and BUS communication. Connect the PLC to the BUS Communication port through a switch and connect the PC communication port to the same switch, with this you can go online with the FESTO and the CPU at the same time with the cyclic communication of PLC and Festo.
