I recevied the following files from manufacturer XYZ. They are not ARC files but they claim they can be used to restore a system over RS232.  Can anyone confirm ?

You need PCIN SOFTWARE for same to restore through RS232

Which in binary format.,

RS232 cable for communication.

But however till I have not play it with 840DI SL.
