I have been looking for training materials or manuals for operators of PCS7 scadas. (Not engineers or the people servicing the system itself, but for the operators who work on the plant and manage alarms, change setpoints, look at trends and so on)

There is a lot of information on programming and architecture but in going through the different overviews and google searches I am unable to find anything that teaches you to be a plant operator.

I found some youtube videos on how to manage the alarm list and hide alarms but that is just a small part of the puzzle and I was hoping to find a handbook that the operators could consult if they are wondering what a certain button does or if there is a way to do something that they need.

In one of the posts I was looking for it stated that there were hundreds of manuals, examples and downloads and I am sure that what I am looking for is there somewhere. But I can't seem to find it. 

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

2. Sitrain offers different courses voor different operation disciplines
