Split from No opened Station Configurator in Pcs7 V9.0.

Local Microsoft distributor offers to have "WinPro 10 SNGL OLP NL Legalization GetGenuine (part no.FQC-09478)" that is simply Win10 Pro. Then I can upgrade Win10 to required LTSC2015 version by having " WINENTLTSC 2019 SNGL Upgrd OLP NL (part no. KW4-00190)". Getting this LTSC2019 license can help me have three downgrade versions of LTSC (2019, 2016 and 2015).
