Hi, 

i need help in my project. 

My pump needs to work every second cycle. 

in I1 i've connected my sensor, so its initiates first work cycle, then after the cycle, the pump stop working, then the sensor dont register any movement for 1 min. After this time, when the sensor initiates any moment it starts the second work cycle, but this time the pump shouldnt working, then again the sensor dont register any movement for 1 min. After that, the work cycle is normal. and so on and so on.

Any help?

I hope you realize that there is very little information in your post that we can use to understand your problem , even less that is useful to help you out: At minimum,start by providing this information:

- What PLC are you using (family and model)?

- Which version of Step 7 do you program it with (name, version, Service packs)?

- Is there an HMI (operator panel) in this project that could be used to lod running data for your sequence problem?

- What make is your pump, and how does the PLC control it?

-  What instructions in your program do you use to start and stop this pump?

- Did you program any running sequence for your pump ghat would explain the behavior you noticed?

Screenshots of your hardware configuration, network connections and special function blocks would also be useful, collect them in a Word or pdf document before you attach them (as a single file).

This is the first post by the OP, apparently, and it just happens to be in the LOGO! conference.

Very often new posters use the first conference available in the Conference list, which happens to be for LOGO! So I do not take it for granted that he is asking about LOGO! until he gives us the answers to the very basic questions asked above.

And if he said in the original question he was using a LOGO!, from experience your first reactions would be "Which version?", "How do you control the pump?" no?
