I would like to know if it would be possible to connect a LOGO, directly or indirectly,  to an external device in the cloud via an API to read some results of that device ?

In fact , I would like to control a water filter based on test results ( Nitrate and Phosphate, tested by Reefbot). The test results are available in the cloud and accessible via an API). If the result is below a value, the LOGO would switch of that filter . If the value would be higher the next 24 hrs, the LOGO would then switch of that device.

Would the Siemens S700 be a better solution to do this ? I can still use the LOGO to control the devices on or off .
