I need to get current motor temperature (spindle) to the PLC.

I used DB9908 but it doesn´t work.

Any idea?

Which is PPU? Which is spindle motor? How you are reading motor temp in PLC? What problem you face?

it is PPU 261.2.

The machine has four axes : X,Y,Z,SP(main spindle). I see the temperature of the spindle motor on the screen in the drive parameters.I need to compare this information  in PLC and turn on external cooling.

According to PLC/NC interface manual it is DB9908 but it doesnt work for me.

For example: The spindle motor has 50°C. I need to read this value in the PLC and compare it with my value. Based on the result, start the contactor.

Have you called DB99XX in your PLC program?

Is your spindle motor has temp sensors & are those correctly configured?

what type of sensor is installed on spindle motor? How is it connected?  

Which is spindle motor? i.e. motor MLFB/article number? Which is drive for spindle motor?

AT present where do you see spindle motor temp current value? i.e. in drive display page or in drive axis display page?

 Yes, DB9908 is called in PLC.

The spindle motor has a PT1000(p601) temperature sensor through the encoder(p600=1).

Drive module is 6SL3111-4VE22-0HA1(combi 4 ax.) and motor is 1PH8107-1DF02-0LA1.

I can see the temperature in the drive parameters - parameter r35. I need to get this value to the PLC.
