I've got the same problem with CPU 1516-3PN/DP. One of DP slaves disconnect periodically. If i use go online over ethernet, processor give me a communication error by DP. Slave is Danfoss 300, GSD is da02040a.gsd. Project works correctly, and there is not a big problem, but this is strange behavior isn't it?

Split from Possible TIA bug. Profibus slave node only fails when TIA is online via Profinet.

rjones has provided an interesting solution, inquiring from the slave manufacturer about the gsd file versions they provide for their equipment.

Have you tried contacting Danfoss support about gsd files for their drive, or for any known problems of the same nature?
