Disable Micro memory card

Tyamad Posts: 108 Rating: (0)	Dear sir, There is field PG by the type of 6ES7712-1BB10-0BG2 in our company. I don't know why micro memory is disable! so,writing and reading data from micro memory card is not posible. why it is disable, we cann't activated in the Control panel\memory card parameter assignment. according to the attachment picture. If you have a Windows operating system, you should check in your Control panel, in the Device Manager application (depending on the Windows version, sometimes located inside the System icon) and check the status of the hardware of this prommer. If it is disabled, you should first try top install the drivers for this prommer; theywere included in the installation CDs of the PG, if I rememmber correctly my days with the PG720. If you still have them, you should re-install them. If you don't (quite likely, as this sounds like an old PG model), you should contact Siemens support for the correct driver, explaining what model of PG you have, the prommer device name (from the hardware Device Manager), the version of Windows you are running.... They should have archived software for just this purpose. Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier
