What did you do yo fix it? Iam checking everything but I cannot find the error. Parameter or electrical?

In my case DC screws on S120 modules were not enough tightened.

After tightening the fault has disappeared immediately.

What was wrong with your plc program. It seems that we have exactly the same program here.
