Hyundai HiT 18S 15V alarm

JOBrien Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Good afternoon! We have had a sudden issue with our Hyundai HiT 18S machine with a Siemens controller. The alarm that we are getting is "7 ORD1 15V - low voltage". We replaced the battery, however it is a 9V and did not clear the alarm. The controller LEDs are displaying "5" and "7". Any help would be appreciated! Thank you!

We have tried 4 different power supplies with the same result, so do not think that is the problem. The alarm will clear if we remove the CSB board next to the power supply, and then do a general reset and reinitialization. However, the alarm will come back after a few hours of the machine just sitting. Any other ideas on the cause of the 15v alarm, and how to fix it? Any help would be appreciated greatly! Thanks!
