Please let me know if SSL version 2.0 & 3.0 is used in PCS 7 v7 environment or can it be disabled?

The SSL version can be found from this path in Registry editor:

HKLM SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\SecurityProviders\SCHANNEL\Protocols

SSL can be disabled from Internet Explorer -> Advanced Security Settings.

There is no specific Industrial Security Compendium manual for PCS7 V7.X.  

However, it is recommended to follow the descriptions mentioned in this link (as recommended in the Industrial Security Compendium Manual for PCS7 V8.2 for SSL 2.0 and SSL 3.0, TLS 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3)

In the Industry Security Compendium for PCS7 V8.2 (Section 6.2.4) there is a brief paragraph which talks about disabling these techniques though it does not speak about the recommendation from Siemens.
