You will also have to write the plc program to transfer the signals internally for axis selection and feedrate/increment size. Pee

You can use MPG1 . also it is possible you don't need to make PLC program--try to find 840D operator's manual. There is a simple way to select "Handwheel" from MMC --after you connected handwheel, You can try to select Machine area, then operation Mode to Jog-inc 10, you can find menu handwheel select --you can select Handwheel 1 such as to X axis or Y or Z, the detail you need to check the manual AutoGen_4862304 Hi I have one mini handwheel(penndant hand-held controller) that i want to connect 840d mmc100.2 how can i connect?
