If you have DATA back back (start up data) then you can reload it & start the machine. You may search in forum (in top right side you will find "search window" where in type "how to restore/reload 802C backup data" & click on search button. A list of answers/topics will be displayed which you can folow)

If you don't have back up, you can get data back up from another machine (ofcourse similar i.e. machine type, axes, spindle etc.) but after reloading it on this problmatic machine, you will need to modify few parameters.

If you have back up "start up data" then you need PG/PC with RS232 port cable & WINPCIN software. PLC back up is available in START  UP DATA.

If you don't hav start up back up data, then you need to have PLC programing tool 802 software with PG/PC. Please check tool box CD supplied along with system. It does have PLC programing tool 802 software.
