I already found on the forum the topic of connecting the S7-1200 with WinCC using PLCSim, but I still did not understand how to properly connect.

I am using TIA Portal 16 (CPU 1214 DC/DC/DC v4.4) and WinCC 7.4 SP1. I load the project into PLCSim, but when the project is launched WinCC Runtime does not see the CPU (also shows a communication error in the tag manager). When starting Runtime, I did not change any settings in TIA Portal and WinCC.

Please tell me how to establish a connection and is it possible to do this with these products?
