I have an old cnc lath machine operated by sinumerik 810t, the machine have a malfunctioned nc card with ip "6fx1132-8bb01".

This card accepts parameters written by keybad but doesnot accept parameters that transfered by pcin and iam sure that 5010,5011,5013 and 5016 are tuned with pcin.

Now we want to load the machine and the question is there are any method to load the plc program with keybad.

Nothing is impossible apart from loading the plc program via the keypad.

There is also 2nd  interface for V24  .

Try to load via this interface .

Solifer1 is of course correct.

Make sure you go directly into the sockets on the card not the one at the front to make sure it's not the interconnecting cable.

Everything is ok and the problem is only  in the card, I just ask if i can download the plc program from the keybad or any method not depends on the v24 cable.

I'm sorry but my negative english may have confused you.

There are three ways to load the plc program.

ASCII text via RS232

STep 5 Programmer via RS232

ASM Module programmed with plc program using CL800 language by the machine tool builder. (I know of no machine tool builder that actually did this)

If both RS232 ports are dead (unusual to have 2 dead) then you need a repair or a new card.
