MMC - are 6ES7953-8LP20-0AA0 and 6ES7953-8LP31-0AA0 interchangeable?

Could I use an older model 6ES7953-8LP20-0AA0? I went ahead and loaded the software on 6ES7953-8LP20-0AA0 and now I am seeing a SF, I'm not sure if it's related to the memory card or not yet. Any input is greatly appreciated.
