Dear all I have laser machine with siemense control system sinumeric 840d And the machine start normally and after some time it's stops and error appears * axis drive 5 crc error And if i restart the machine it's working normally The stops again after some time Note : The machine stops in case the cutting head moving or not

The NCU has a red led light pf is on all the time

Thank you first 

The drive is 611d

And I'm checked all cables and clean it

And take of whole control unit and clean it by akai

And insert it again 

The no thing happened 🤕

There is an abnormal issue 

That's error in drive 5

And the machine has 3 axis only

So I'm tryed to remove tha cable of each drive individually 

And turn on machine then i have 3 error in each drive i taked

Of his cable

Module with drive number 1 has not been found on drive bus

Module with drive number 2 has not been found on drive bus

Module with drive number 3 has not been found on drive bus

And when i remove the cable of the NCU unit i have this error

Bus communication failure 

So what is this drive 5 that is appears to me every day? 

So why and how the PF led lights all the time and the machine 

Working when it's lightning 

It's a big problem for me 

If i found where is this error i will replace this part

But i don't know where is the problem

I checked now what is the drive 5

Because i remove the last right cable 

And the error appears in drive 5

But now i know that is error in drive 5

And i found which this drive 

So what i can do 

Can i repair it or i need to replace with another one

And i see in the first left unit of the control 

A yellow led light is lightning when start the machine

And i thing that it must the green in on if no problem

Is this yellow led refer to that have an error in a drive 

Or refer to error in this unit

I will try to upload the Nc backup 

And i attatched a photo for drive 5
